Republic Polytechnic (RP), Singapore’s youngest polytechnic, is known for its innovative learning approach that shapes graduates into Passionate Community Builders, Articulate Self-Starters, and Purposeful Game-Changers. One of RP’s flagship initiatives is the International Service-Learning Programme (ISLP), where youths gain real-world experience through community projects abroad.
This year, ISLP is coming to Jakarta, 27 September – 2 October 2025, and we’re inviting 20 Indonesian youth to join!

1. Teach and engage with children from marginalized communities
2. Interact and bring joy to the elderly
3. Build cross-cultural friendships and leadership skills through workshops
4. Experience meaningful volunteering and community impact

Kriteria Relawan
1. Age Range: 18–25 years old (flexible depending on the program’s target).
2. Motivated to Serve: Strong interest in volunteering, social impact, and community engagement.
3. Open-minded and Culturally Curious: Willing to learn from and exchange perspectives with Singaporean youth.
4. Team Player: Ability to collaborate, adapt, and work in diverse groups.
5. Basic Communication Skills: Comfortable expressing ideas in English or Bahasa Indonesia (with openness to cross-language interaction).
6. Commitment: Available to fully participate from 27 September – 2 October 2025 in Jakarta. (Itinerary: https://bit.ly/itineraryISLP2025)
7. Character: Responsible, respectful, and eager to represent Indonesian youth positively.
Perlengkapan Relawan
1. Personal Essentials – valid ID (KTP/student card), comfortable clothing for volunteering (including modest attire for community visits), personal toiletries, and any necessary medications.
2. Learning & Sharing Materials – notebook, pen, and a small cultural token (e.g., local snack, song, or story) to share during cultural exchange with Singaporean youth.
3. Digital Readiness – smartphone or device for communication, documentation, and accessing the e-certificate after the program.
